Guide lines

BOOK SCAN:

If you have a book already published, you can send it to us to scan for conversion, or you can send us the pdf of your book. We will do the rest. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

WORD FILE:

It is easy to submit your work in a word file, fill out the assessment form and upload the file. Make sure it is edited and ready, and exactly as you would want to see it published.

If you want editorial help please fill out the form and send a sample of the work. We will get back with an assessment.

Promotion

We are available to discuss promotion with you. Our distributors send details to all outlets, but that does not mean your book is visible to readers. We have decided to do something about that.

Word File Preparation

Your book will be created in Flowable Format.Think of it as though your book will be written out on a very long scroll of yore and your reader will see it through a window to one section at a time.

We can create an eBook for anything you want, black and white, colour, cookbooks or childrens' because with digital publishing, everything is possible. Here is our General Guide for the best results when sending in a world file:

Send the full text of the work in a word document

DIAGRAMS & ILLUSTRATIONS

Illustrations should be placed in the word document where you would like them to appear.

NOTES & REFERENCES

Place the footnote number clearly in the text, or annotated to a page of notes at the back of the book. References work best laid out in a table.

Bibliography & Biography

If required, we have professional academic editors, indexers and 'text structure-doctors' available. Let us know if you need help.
